WARRANTY: Pro-rated replacement if product fails within three years from purchase date due to material or manufacturing defect

DAMAGES: Contact the delivering carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection. Damages must be reported within 72 hours.

RETURNS: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Tharp Enterprises you may return the merchandise (shipping costs prepaid by customer) new and unused in the original packaging within ten calendar days from the date you received the shipment. A full refund minus shipping, handling charges and a 15% restocking and processing charge will apply. Call 1-209-745-5671 for authorization.

If you would like to return our product because it has not performed to your satisfaction please contact us no later than 20 days from receipt of the product in question for further instructions.
